I have been saying for a year that I want to start a blog so today is the day! I plan to post recipes, tips and interesting articles that I run across that will help you to live a healthy, happy life.
I am a firm believer that You Are What You Eat and I hope that with this blog, I can help you become a better, healthier you.
Let's stop the vicious cycle of starting a fad diet, hating the restrictions every minute of the day, losing the weight, going back to eating the way you did before the strict diet, gaining it all back and then starting over again with the next new popular diet that your friend tells you about.
